
Resource's vision regarding corporate social responsibility issues starts with employees and their families and then extends to the community in which the company operates. Resource's values feature the development of human beings and their social, cultural and digital inclusion; respect for differences, preservation of environmental resources, and reduction of social inequality.
Accordingly, the company has been encouraging activities that benefit its more than 2,500 employees and stimulates them to approach others. The goal is to create a generation of socially and environmentally responsible men and women , engaged in movements of solidarity and healthier lives.
Featured among its main social projects:
- Sponsorship of the Americana Goalkeeper School, a nonprofit social project benefiting 120 children between 7 and 18, including those in situations of social vulnerability. Its main objective is to use the practice of soccer, and its rules of the game as a tool for education, training, citizenship and good social behavior;
- Support to Legal NGO, located in the city of Americana (São Paulo).The institution promotes sociocultural inclusion for children and teenagers through music;
- Campaigns to collect food and clothing: Easter, Winter Campaign, Children's Day and Christmas. On these dates, each employee is encouraged to attend to the needs of children living in shelters and to give the gift personally, avoiding impersonality and to create direct contact with the social reality of the country;
- Financial assistance to the Support Group for Children and Adolescents with Cancer, GRAACC.
Valuing and Healthy Life Projects for its employees
- Family in the company - once a year, the children of all employees are invited to spend the day at the company, to become familiar with the other environment where their parents spend most of the time, and to understand the importance of their professional activity;
- Fruit Day - Once a week, Resource offers fruits to help change the eating habits of its employees . It also seeks to raise awareness about individual responsibility for overall health;
- Quick Massage - once a week, Resource sponsors massage services for its employees;
- Encouragement of athletics - Resource sponsors 50% of entry in the most significant racing circuits, such as Mizuno 10 Miles, Adidas Seasons Circuit, Pão de Açúcar Relay and Ecorun Relay;
- Resource Language Partnerships - By seeking partnerships with reputable English schools, the company encourages and contributes to the increased level of competence in that language, essential for any professional career.
